Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

I am having problems with Yahoo Mail ever since the last big Firefox update. It runs EXTREMELY slow, and sometimes just freezes it. I can't go forward, it won't X out of Firefox, I have to quit by going Ctrl/Alt/Delete.

I hate the newest Firefox. My computer freezes every single time I use FF. I liked the older version.
