Why won't FF open my Outlook email account no matter what?

Used FF for years and in last two days when try to open my Hotmail account, I immediately get message "Server not found". Reference to info button says "Connection is Not Secure." Uninstalled any programs recently added but no effect. Even if I go to Outlook, get that message. Can access my email on my iPhone.
