Every time I use Google Finance stock charts Flash is crashing. I was using it everyday and never a problem. I was out of town for a week and now I can't view the chart without Flash crashing. I am using Windows 7 Firefox 13.0.1 and Flash 11.3.300.262. I read a suggestion to go back to an earlier Flash 8.something but that didn't help. I'm really at a loss why out of the blue it won't stop crashing. I need the technicals in the charts on. Thanks for any help.

Please review the following information.Recent crashes of certain multimedia contents (this includes Youtube videos, certain flash games and other applications) in conjunction with Firefox 13 are most probably caused by a recent Flash 11.3 update and/or a malfunctioning Real Player browser plugin.

In order to remedy the problem, please perform the steps mentioned in these Knowledge Base articles:

Flash Plugin - Keep it up to date and troubleshoot problems

Adobe Flash plugin has crashed - Prevent it from happening again

Flash 11.3 doesn't load video in Firefox

Thanks for the info but nothing has worked yet. I'm only running into this problem on Google Finance stock charts.

Yes, I uninstalled Flash before trying an older version, repeat and try another older version. No luck.
