Firefox crashes on website purchases
On 25 JUL, I was trying to book hotel reservations through Orbitz and Cheaptickets using Firefox. After selecting "Continue" to book the room, the next page came up for an instant, and then closed with an error message saying that an error had occurred and it asked if I wanted to send a report to Firefox. I said "Yes" and then called Orbitz to find out if the reservation had gone through; I was told it had NOT. I have, subsequently, been charged for that and two other reservations from CheapTickets, which had the same error and website crash. As they are unwilling to refund me the money, is there any way that I can get a copy of those Firefox trouble reports that were sent to you to further back up my complaint to them? My e-mail address is [email protected] and again, they were sent on 25 JUL between 1800-2200 Pacific Time. At the time, I hit send on the reports, but did not copy down any information from them. Thank you. Ethan R. Fiedel

If you type about:crashes into your address bar and press enter you will see a list of crash ID's. Please provide me with a few crash ID's so I can see what's causing your problem. I can then also give you a link to the crash report(s) to back up your case.
Weather15, Thank you for the rapid reply; I am away from my computer right now, however, I will provide you the crash data tonight. Thank you again for the help, Ethan
