My Yahoo toolbar does not work with V.4
After updating to V.4 my Yahoo toolbar is missing buttons and I cannot add any. Also the search function no longer works. Also My RoboForm toolbar and functions are no longer functional. Internet Explorer is still working fine for these. I tried Reinstalling V.3.6.6 from CNET but The install kept V.4 on my HP G62457DX Windows 7. I prefer Firefox over IE and feel lost without it.

there is a version of the Yahoo Toolbar that is compatible with Firefox 4 available from https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/yahoo-toolbar
What search function no longer works? Is it searching from the location bar or the search bar?
For Roboform, you need to install a version compatible with Firefox 4. Version 7 works but Roboform requires you to pay to get the upgrade.

Thanks TonyE, The Yahoo addon download link got my Yahoo toolbar back up and working. Yes it looks like RoboForm is not going to support FF V4, with my paid V.6. , that came with a lifetime license. I saw in a different thread here that someone posted a way to get past the RoboForm upgrade, but the instructions made no sense to me. Thanks again Tony!
I tried the add on and my yahoo toolbar still does not work, I have no search function nor any buttons
My Yahoo toolbar was working yesaterday evening after downloading it the day before. It is only today that things have gone pear-shaped! I have installed the V4 compatible version of Yahoo toolbar, but still cannot add any buttons! I have also tried to revert to the pervious version unsuccessfully.
Have you tried tried the add on link that TonyE provided? It worked for me.

I have reinstalled v4, i have tried the add on, the toolbar still shows up but does not work, my Google toolbar does not work the way it use to either, I am so at a loss
I tried Tony's link yesterday and it worked! (thanks Tony). Yet, later in the day, the buttons disappeared again and the search function went south. Later, it was back again...go figure...Today, gone again, so I tried the add/on again and it still isn't working...
I am not all that tech savvy, but I did have 3.? version of FF yesterday and upgraded today...to 4.0.1. I then tried the add/on and still NOTHING....
