Thunderbird 128.1.1esr quick filter is very very slow
Hi to all, after the latest update to 128.1.1esr (64-bit) the quick filter is very very slow and hangs the PC (WIN 11, 16 GB RAM and SSD) for 10-15 seconds. Thunderbird no longer responds and this happens all the time, also with different machines. The version before the update was just fine. Anyone with the same issue? Can you give me some hints/solutions? Thanks, Antonio

This is a known issue, with a workaround until a fixed release:

If this still occurs in version 128 with Windows in safe mode, then a performance profile is needed https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiling-thunderbird-performance and please file a bug report with the link to the performance profile.
