I can open Microsoft Edge with `start msedge`, and it run out edge automatically, firefox do the same thing? Here is the command I tried before, but they don't work

That's odd, I'm able to run Firefox using start. I can suggest adding Firefox installation directory into your path environment variable for your user account.

1) Search and select System (Control Panel) 2) Click on the Advanced system settings and then click Environment Variables 3) Under the section User variables for <account name>, select the Path variable, then click Edit... 4) In the pop-up dialog, click New, paste C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox into the new line, then click OK 5) Click OK again to exit the environment variables dialog, then restart cmd for it to take effect

Now when you type firefox or start firefox into cmd, Firefox will open.
