Firefox doesn't open internet sites and local sites by name or by IP. I can change proxy in this moment, I can disable proxy - it doesn't work. Other browsers work fine. Without proxy firefox works fine too. What is it?

I'm pretty sure, that similar problem is fixed in 53.0.3.

53.0.2 (64-bit) Ubuntu 16.04 (and other versions with ubuntu 14.04 from other users).
