firefox will not display websites properly or connect with the websites and instead shows an error about certificates.
due to the fact that uploading an image takes ages and i don't have time for it to finish before my beard goes grey, i have supplied the links to the screenshots instead.

tried every trick in your troubleshooter and none of them worked, reinstalling/deleting/resetting etc. nothing works at all. it is still messed up.

hello, first please make sure that the date, time & timezone are set correctly on your system. if this doesn't solve the issue (or it is already set properly), a possible solution depends on different factors:
- what is the error code shown under technical details on the error page?
in case the error code equals sec_error_unknown_issuer, please attempt to add an exception on the bottom of the error page in order to inspect the certificate like it is shown on the screenshot attached:
- which issuer information does the certificate contain?
please report back with those two pieces of information. thank you!
Thank you for your reply Philipp, the time and zone are set properly.
The error code is indeed the sec_error_unknown_issuer and when i check as instructed, this is what it says; https://gyazo.com/204530a13323f755c8c30c4a591b0625
So it is my antivirus and ive already done the SSL filtering trick (prior to doing this checkup) but still i get this error at times or the "not-loading-css-sheet-and-make-the-website-look-like-it-was-made-in-frontpage" issue.
