I've seen in the last day, that 5 PC's (with Win 7, but one with Win XP) has problems with FFox 34.0.5. One PC can't load any site (f.e. google.de), all PC's (my PC too) has problems with PlugIn's (f.e. with Flash-PlugIn), no one can reinstall Flash or shokwave or other Plug's, one PC (mine) has download-times from f.e. 20 minutes at the same network, where another PC need for Download only 3 min... ... and so on.

I've alway newest Firewall and Anti-Virus-Program. Some PC are Desktop, other are Laptops with different firewalls an AVP's

Could it be, that the newest version of FFox has a VERY LARGE bug inside?

Hi.. The best way to fix firefox problems is to first make a reset. You can reset firefox by typing "about:support" in a new tab and pressing enter. From there, click on "Reset Firefox."

This fixes most of the issues that users normally face.

For the one browser problem you mentioned, in which the browser is unable to load any pages. Please make sure that the PC's date and time are accurate. Non-accurate date and time cause firefox to think you are in a security risk and doesn't load any pages. If this does not help, then you should stop your firewall for some time and see if firefox gets through to the internet. Should it work, work on your firewall to allow firefox without turning firewall off..

Reply if this hasn't helped.

Hi Rawir, try to boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) and then see if that helps.

Most often, issues like that are caused by a firewall or/and security software which doesn't recognize new Firefox (and for that blocks the new firefox version). You have to remove all program rules for firefox from your firewall and let it detect the new version of the browser again.{In windows safe mode with networking, security software is disable}

thank you
