How do I prevent installation of Add-On / Extensions on Firefox 18 ?

I am looking for a config options to disable the add-on manager or disabling the ability install add-ons on to mozilla firefox 18. We had an option in previous version to hide the extension manager by setting the extensions.getAddons.showPane to false. Is there anything similar available in firefox 18.
