My home page is http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/home/, but all the links at the top of the page, Images, Videos, News, etc, are to google.ca. How can I change those to google.us?

I haven't seen that as the Firefox Start Page in quite awhile. Curious is that although that page's address says en-US, all the links at the top of the page are coded for CA information.

Set whatever web page you want as your homepage.

That sounds more that you are on the Google search page (http://www.google.ca).

Which Firefox locale do you have installed?

You can check the general.useragent.locale on the about:config page to verify that.

Take a look at this - http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/home/ - as in the thread title.
It says en-US, but all the links are google.ca .

There's a "switch" to select between "the web" and "pages from Canada" but I don't see google.com in the Page Source for "the web".
