Help! Every time I scroll over a picture, it opens in a new tab. I don't have to click on the picture or tell Firefox to do something for it to happen. I must have closed 100 today while browsing Facebook! What has changed and how can I stop it please?

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Your System Details shows you are using Firefox 95.0.2 Is that correct? Did you have this problem before?

Is this with all websites/pages, some, a few?

Hi Fred, this literally started this morning, about 12 hours ago, so I guess it was from a recent update.

It happens with all the websites I've seen so far.

I'm posting from my new profile before I switch back to the old one and it still happened in the websites I've visited.

Thanks for your help. Chris
