This is a problem with a hang in a plugin.

  • Process Type: plugin Coupons Inc., Coupon Printer Version: 5.0.2.8 Filename: npMozCouponPrinter.dll

You will have to disable this plugin.

You can check for issues caused by plugins.

You tried what?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Now remove or disable that add-on.
