How can I make Headers print BEFORE sending?

Hi -- Part A question: Back in Eudora I would print an important email just before sending it, for a final proofing. I'd see everything -- Headers, Body, Attachments. Found and fixed lots of small errors that way.

But I cannot find a way to make TB print Headers unless I Send the email, and then Open the item from Sent. For me that's backwards and frustrating. Is there a way to achieve Pre-Send header printing?

Part B question: Continuing from above, after Sending, I'll open an email to Print it. The font sizes on the screen look fine, but when printed the font size of the now-present Header is huge (around 14pt), but the rest of the email is correct to how I composed it (around 10pt). I hope this makes sense.

Thanks for any advice. Tuckfoot

Chosen solution

Thunderbird's composition editor isn't wysiwyg, (be design) so printing from it would be less than helpful.

Save it as a Draft and preview it there.

View-Headers-All

Thank you, but that's the answer to a different question.

View-Headers-All displays headers on email sent or received. It does not enable printing of headers before sending, which is my goal.

Yes! Thank you, Zenos. Printing from a saved Draft does exactly what I wanted. As you say, it doesn't solve the wacky font sizes, but does allow printing of headers before sending. Thanks to all.
