I noticed when I created my thunderbird account< I was asked if I wanted to setup a thunderbird email. But now I can't find a way to go back and do this. Can you tell me how to setup a thunderbird email.

Thunderbird is email client software and not an email provider. Email providers issue email accounts. There are offers from 3rd party providers that issue paid account when you use the install wizard.
