Good Morning. How do you get the default language to stay on english on Fire fox for MAC. keeps changing to Turkish

I have re0installed Mozilla 29.0 onto one of my MD's MACs. Even after completely removing it and re-installing the default language keeps reverting to Turkish and not english. Any ideas?
