I have tried to use Firefox today, November 1, 2013 and keep getting the message that it cannot load any pages, including the Mozilla Firefox page. Is there a problem with Firefox? I have un-installed, re-installed, re-set, and followed all the trouble shooting guidelines listed and it is still giving me the same message... It doesn't matter what website I try to load...

hello karen, in many cases such issues are caused by a firewall/security software which doesn't recognize & therefore blocks new firefox versions: Fix problems connecting to websites after updating Firefox

Thank you for your reply phillipp... However, I did make sure that the new version of firefox was added to the 'allow' through the firewall and on my security software.. I went into both programs and physically added firefox to both... so... plan "B" at this point in time...is in order...

Regards,

Karen
