Why do you have 2 Shockwave Flash plugins active?
Try disabling one because when 2 are active, it can cause them to conflict with each other and crash Firefox.

You need to delete the pluginreg.dat file from your profile folder. To do this go to Firefox button/Help > Troubleshooting > Open folder.
Now when the new window shows close firefox and then delete the pluginreg.dat file in your profile folder. If that makes firefox still crash, disable hardware acceleration.
and check for updates to your drivers
