I have two lap tops and the one i am working on now does not have element q, i want to not have so many tabs uponing on start up but have the links there to click on. i was able to do element q and the http sites i wanted but can not configure this lap top to do it

Sounds like a feature added by an extension that is missing or not working.

Can you attach a screenshot from the computer that shows that Element Q?
