upgrade to 10.0 broke one of our internal websites for all of us who upgraded. Product is called fileline, it is on an internal server. we can get to the site, but the "home" button no longer functions. Internet explorer and older versions of firefox still work fine.

How can we back out the upgrade without uninstall/install and losing all our settings, bookmarks, and saved passwords?

Can you provide the link of the website on which you are having problems ?? (so that we can check it on our systems too)

Is it one of the following websites ??

more options

No, the web site is on an internal server, it is internal only.

I was able to install Firefox 3.6.26 and it works fine, I can have both 3.6 and 10 installed at the same time but I can only run one version at a time.

more options

This problem may be because Firefox 10 has a 2-digit version number. If that's the case you must update the website to support the new version numbers.

If your internal web page is doing a browser sniff, then update it to include version 10+
