When I right click on a link or anywhere on a site FF hangs. It takes forever for the menu to appear and sometimes it does not appear at all. If I right click on the toolbar area there is no issue with the menu coming back right away.

There is one problem that will be fixed in Firefox 8 about six days away, the one I read about indicated about freezing about nine minutes apart. Those I've seen here have been much closer together than that. Wasn't hard to find article in my history:

There may be more comments in after the article of interest.

Are you saying the menu bar is not there for awhile?

Thank you very much for the quick response.

FF is freezing after I right click on a link while it attempts to display the right click menu. I was attempting to say that if I right click on the Menu Bar there are no issues with the the right click menu displaying or FF freezing. It is only when I right click on a link or any where on the actual web page that the right click menu does not appear and FF freezes.

Thanks for all of your help! I opened it in Safe Mode and my problem went away. So I opened FF normally and disabled the latest plugin that I thought might be causing the problems. Everything worked fine. Then I enabled the same plugin again and everything is still working fine. I'm not sure what caused or resolved the issue, but things seemed to be back to normal for now.

Thanks again for your help.
