The lower item, Gill Clan is also a clickable link (to a Picasa photo album); and if you click on the text, the browser will open the Picasa website; but there is no underline on Gill Clan to indicate to others that it is a clickable link. Internet Explorer displays the underline for Gill Clan.

Looks that it is caused because that the text of that link is in a DIV container.

You are not using text-decoration:underline for the links, so they only appear underlined if that is set in the link options:

  • Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Colors
