When I am trying to print from Mozilla Firefox, the page is divided into multiple pages, and each piece is printed in a small portion of the paper--in the upper part in the middle. It does the same from my email as well as from a multitude of websites. The problem is not in my printer because that works just fine when printing from Internet Explorer or from Microsoft Office. Thank you for your help, Antonie

Thank you very much for your link, but have checked (or un-checked, as applicable :-) all those settings already (in my previous process of trying to deal with this problem), and the printing still has the same problem. Thank you, Antonie

What about the Paper size that is selected in Properties for the printer selected in the "native print dialog" box - what appears with {Ctrl + P}?

File > Page Setup > Margins / Header& Footer = what are the margin settings?

Those settings should be around .12 - .13CM or less (with Letter size US paper they are 0.5 inches).

If the margins are within that range, do a reset of the prefs for that printer to allow Firefox to treat that printer a "new" printer and create default prefs for it.
