For the last few months, I've been trying to download some large files, usually about 27-51 mb or so. It downloads normally, but at the end, it says 99% complete, 0 mb remaining, but it never finishes. It keeps saying 'a few more moments'. I let it run like that for hours, but it never completely downloads. I've looked to where it downloads too after I end up canceling it, and sometime part of the file will be there. for example, if I download a .wma file, part of the file will be there, but not everything

However, if I try downloading 2 of these files at once, one of the files will complete, while the other stays in 'limbo'.

And yes, I have tried claring my download page, resetting the download file, using different file types, downloading it to a different file, and heck, even clearing my cookies and resetting firefox completely. Is this firefox, or just my computer?

It is possible that your anti-virus software is corrupting the downloaded files or otherwise interfering with downloading files by Firefox.

You can try to disable the real-time (live) scanning of files in your anti-virus software temporarily to see if that makes downloading work.
