Hello Andy.

I'm not sure I understand what you want to do, but I suggest you copy the email text into a text document and save it in a CD. You can copy text and/or images by selecting the desired text/images and pressing CTRL+C, or right-clicking the selecting and selecting Copy, or going into Edit > Copy.

I hope this helps.

There are some video (you tube, etc) and other downloads that I want to transfer to a CD from my University of Memphis mail box. It seems I can transfer a link, but not to open the mail file and transfer it to my CD on a D drive. What are the steps to save downloads to a CD? Thanks, David

Hi. I guess I have the same type of problem, except that I have a great number of emails that I want to keep for various reasons. Short of dealing with each one separately, how do I download, let's say 1 screen's worth, to a hard drive or cd? Can I transfer 25 at a time to my hard drive?
