I saw a comment a few weeks ago from someone more familiar with the status:

Hi, we've already released uk->en. en->uk doesn't have good quality yet, but you can test it in the Nightly version.

Nightly is a pre-beta version, so not recommended for daily use, only testing.

If you need a short-term solution, you could consider this extension (it uses Google on the back end with Yandex as a second option):
