Site works for me. see screenshot Can you show your issue? Is the issue getting to the site or just playing videos?

Did you try Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode?

Did you clear your browser cache? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/clear-cookies-and-site-data-firefox

Thanks for the reply, yes I've cleared the history, cookies etc. In troubleshoot mode, this doesn't work either. On edge (?) the site works perfectly. It's nice of you to help me, I appreciate it.

Oh stop it. We are all here to help. Can you help us by showing what you're getting? What security software are you running? If you're running Windows Pro version, I would test in the Sandbox to confirm. https://www.howtogeek.com/399290/how-to-use-windows-10s-new-sandbox-to-safely-test-apps/

Thanks, I can't use Sandbox. In the history: I had Windows 10 (and Bluewin TV worked perfectly), I switched to Windows 11 but with all the problems generated by this version I came back to Windows 10. Since then, when I launch a movie, the window remains black and there are no images or sound. I use Bitdefender Total Security. Thanks for your time and help. Alain

You can create a new profile as a quick test to see if your current profile is causing the problem.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works, you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.

Can you disable Bitdefender, reboot, and try again?

I've just done the test but it doesn't work. Only the attached error message appears. Thanks again for the support.

Sorry, here is the message: An error has occurred Unfortunately, your browser does not support the playback of certain content (videos, sports/music events or channels purchased, rented or otherwise protected). Please use a suitable browser - Google chrome is recommended. If you use an external monitor, please disconnect it. Some monitors prevent the playback of protected content. For further information, click here Before the change Windows 10 --> Windows 11 --> Windows 10 everything worked perfectly with Firefox. After reinstalling Windows 10 I had to reinstall Firefox and I've had the problem ever since. The monitor is still the same.
