I do not care about MSNBC, I just want to know why I cannot live stream on MSNBC in case I run in to other channels that may not work I would like to solve the issue or I guess I can just uninstall Firefox and call it a day if it is just the browser.

The audio does work, but the video is the start up or splash photo for MSNBC

Firefox will stream on NBC and I can stream MSNBC using Chrome and Edge.

I resent all of the setting in Firefox to default, and I turned off all of the extensions.

Are you sure you disabled all your extensions?

Does it still happen if you disable hardware acceleration then restart the browser?

Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?

It does work when I am in troubleshoot mode.

Does that mean the only way to use firefox is in troubleshoot mode.

Is there another step?

Yes, turning off hardware acceleration does solve the issue and I can see the video now, but now I cannot see 3d maps on google.

Is there a easy way to turn hardware acceleration off and on without going into settings? Or, is there a way to pin a on acceleration on/off switch tool bar?

Enable hardware acceleration and disable it just for video by changing media.hardware-video-decoding.enabled to false in about:config then restart the browser.

Cool. Now MSNBC work and I have 3d Video. Only thing that surprises me is why it did not work in the first place, and how difficult it was to fix, as without your guidance, there would be no way for me to fix it.

Thank you,
