I use English (US) with International Keyboard on my Chromebook. I'm switching from using Chrome to Firefox through Linux and I can't use the international keyboard -- it doesn't input special characters and it doesn't even input an apostrophe -- on anything through Firefox. Is there any way to get it to work?

Unforunately Firefox Browser comes default using the language version of the keyboards set if you use different language modules keyboard there are changes it might or might not work. So you will have to check with the ChromeBook support for support keyboard keys setup.

It works on my (Linux) system, e.g. à á ö

Alternatively, you can use US with the compose key. à á ö

On Linux you should use the compose key as that allows to enter accented characters very easy.
