McAfee scanned and quarantined a virus, source unknown.

The virus report says only:

C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Thunderbird\Profiles\8ivtdzgr.default-release\cache2\entries Threats Detected TIE/Suspect!65C55E992FEA

Any ideas whether there is a threat?

I am using Windows 10 on a desktop.

It will do you good to add Tbird's profile folder to your antivirus' exclusions list. An active McAfee rule is treating that file as "suspect". You can ask in the MCAfee community forum for how to adjust its rules to exclude the suspected file.
