Hi this is not the usual deletion problem. Unfortunately I reset my Thunderbird Local Folders, Disc Space instructions to delete all old messages. Thus all folders have zeroed

I would like them back.

Going to my folder via Appdata show the folders empty. so how can I get them back please? hoping to hear thanks RogerC

You can't get them back without a backup to restore them from. So, do you have a backup?

Hi Stans, yes I took a backup 100 days ago Any tips pse Thanks Rogerc

Assuming it's all installed and the backup is the emails folder then go to: a. Help - Troubleshooting Information - open folder - and keep that folder opened in explorer b. Then back in TB -> account settings - server settings - local directory and select the folder where you have saved those files/folder (those from 100 days ago). OK. It will ask to restart - restart. c. Once it is reopened closed it back. Now copy abook.mab & history.mab from backup (if you did) to the folder from point a. (that folder still opened) All done. Open TB

If the backup is "different", then you might mention more details about that backup that you have (how was made?).
