I am using a gmail calendar, and syncing between iPhone and Thunderbird. I recently started getting a sync error, due to something that was supposedly changed or deleted and hadn't been synced. I've deleted that item from Thunderbird, but still get the error. The calendar entry doesn't show up on Thunderbird, the iPhone or on the Gmail calendar via browser. Yet, I get the error every time that I sync.

If I click "Discard my changes and reload", the pop-up returns immediately. If I click "Delete anyway", the pop-up returns on the next attempt to sync.

How are you syncing the calendar, with CalDav or an add-on such as Provider for Google or TbSync? If the latter, what is your version of TB and the add-on version?

more options

You could remove the calendar in Tbird and add it afresh, thus forcing it to fetch the online calendar.

I have 2 add-ons running.... using "Provider for Google", along with Lightning. I removed the GMAIL account from Thunderbird, and re-added it, to no avail.

The calendar gets sync'd either on TB start-up, or when I click the "Synchronize" button on the Calendar tab.

In the add-on debugger, I see many messages, but this one stands out:

gloda.datastore ERROR got error in _asyncTrackerListener.handleError(): 19: constraint failed log4moz.js:769

Do you have the correct version of Provider to match your version of TB?

I found how to "unsubscribe" from the calendar, and then after subscribing again, apparently that cleared the issue. Thank you for your suggestions!
