FireFox won't go to Bill Payer as it is leaving the the banking home to go to the Bill Payer home?

A FireFox upgrade solved this problem once for a few days then it did another upgrade and ended the joy. I have noticed that on other sites such as a Credit card home page and I want to download a statement, It places the "Allow" icon in upper right corner for me to click on. This is very similar to my original question about "Bill Payer" except there is no Allow button. FireFox simply will not produce a page with all my Bill Payer information, the page, if I get it, is blank. Most often I don't get anything.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?


One issue that seems more common lately is Firefox's Content Blocking. When it is blocking content in a page, a shield icon will appear at the left end of the address bar next to the padlock icon. This article has more info on managing this feature:
