Hello! Why have you not added the ability to delete history for a certain period of time? I have a history of 7-8 years, I want to delete everything and leave for the last 2 years, say. And how to do it?

If you have a lot of history from those days then I would advise to be very cautious with using this extension to prevent lock ups or even a hang when you would remove too much history at once (this is done via JavaScript and that is not the most reliable way to handle a large amount of items in one go). You can possibly use the history sidebar and clear out one folder at the time (start with the last one) to see how long this takes.

It might be better to do this manually in the History Manager to have more control and type a colon in the history search bar to get a full list. Press the End key to go to the bottom of the list and use Shift + PageUp to select a range of about thousand or two thousand history items (possibly change the Library window to full screen). Press the Delete key to remove the selection and repeat until you are satisfied.
