I have whitelisted the websites that I want my students to view during my exam. However, some of the smarter students just go Extensions and disable my whitelist addon. Is there a way that I can stop them from disabling the whitelist manager?

You would have to use policies.json :

This will however not just make it impossible to disable this one extension only, but any extension you may have .....
