Firefox freezes whole computer when using other programs next to it
I noticed that when i use Adobe Photoshop/Camera Raw, manytimes whole computer freezes and i cannot do anything but restart it. It does not create any BSOD,problem report or anything. I tried everything, from disabling graphic card, etc. Then computer froze when i was watching only a movie and switched programs back and forward (movie/firefox). Then i tried - when firefox is closed, all works fine, when firefox is open, many times whole computer freezes (when using other programs and lets say, listen to stream/music). (movie does cnotinue to run in background, but i cannot switch to it - mouse stops, all windows shortcuts stops, nothing works. When i restart computer after freeze, my Internet connection always show alert 'unindentified network',and i must repair it - repair always writes for problem/solution - The default gateway is not available. I use latest firefox, latest win10 Ultimate, and latest drivers/graphic (RX470). I also have AMD FX-8320E, and 32GB RAM. I disabled graphic acceleration on all programs (Adobe, Firefox),did not help.

Greetings Pkshadow, and really thank you for troubleshooting/helping me - I did clean reinstall of all Graphic drivers (after i google how to do it properly),and so far all is fine. (I tried to freeze my computer, but it works as it should).
So really thank you (i wouldn't even think that graphic drivers was faulty after i disabled 'Hardware acceleration' in Camera Raw and Photoshop, yet the problem persisted).
Another question - is there any reason why drivers get as they did? And - is it helping if i (well, more people) write to Graphic card manufacturers to make it better?
Thank you.

Hi, did you update your video card drivers for your Radeon (TM) RX 470 Graphics driverDate: 3-22-2018 ? If you did not do so there are errors in your drivers that could be causing the issue : u'avalable is good and u'unavailable is bad. {u'status': u'unavailable', u'description': u'Direct3D11 Compositing', u'log': [{u'status': u'unavailable', u'message': u'Hardware compositing is disabled', u'type': u'default'}], u'name': u'D3D11_COMPOSITING'}, {u'status': u'unavailable', u'description': u'Direct2D', u'log': [{u'status': u'unavailable', u'message': u'Direct2D requires Direct3D 11 compositing', u'type': u'default'}], u'name': u'DIRECT2D'}, {u'status': u'disabled', u'description': u'Direct3D11 hardware ANGLE', u'log': [{u'status': u'unavailable', u'message': u'D3D11 compositing is disabled', u'type': u'default'}, {u'status': u'disabled', u'message': u'D3D11 compositing is disabled', u'type': u'env'}], u'name': u'D3D11_HW_ANGLE'}, {u'status': u'available', u'description': u'GPU Process', u'log': [{u'status': u'available', u'type': u'default'}], u'name': u'GPU_PROCESS'},
Please search for Device Manager and check your Card and see if it has Microsoft Drivers or if it is using proper AMD drivers as Windows 10 can and will change any and all hardware drivers to their own with out telling you. https://www.howtogeek.com/302595/how-to-stop-windows-10-from-automatically-updating-hardware-drivers/ Check your sound drivers as well as that is how I found out. If it says Ms Drivers then uninstall and download your proper AMD drivers from OEM or from https://support.amd.com/en-us/download Or if it does not re-enable Hardware Acceleration and re-install the proper drivers. and see if the issue is fixed.
There are other things can do but this is where I think your issue is.
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

Hi, glad fixed the issue. No, Video Card Manufacturers do not listen. You can be aware now know u'avalable is good and u'unavailable is bad and you can find that in about:support if enter in to the Address Bar. As to if you have fewer, I hope so.
Crashing does not help vid drivers nor did a update on this web site after I pressed send and returned to the main list there was a banner which I saw after my screen returned from black. Looked in Event Viewer and yup blew apart my video drivers and there happened to be a update so grabbed them. Bad shut downs, games, having win10 replace them does not help.
Just keep a healthy System, Use Disk Cleanup weekly and also use it to Clean System Files as there will be gigs especially after a win10 update or upgrade will stick 200+gigs there for a month by for it gets deleted, defrag monthly....
If you could please Mark the Answer that Solved the question so others can find it. Thanks.
