how to get my contact list to drop down when sending or forwarding emails
When I forward an email, I want to send it to several of my contacts. I would like to be able to just click on To or CC or BCC and have my list drop down. Is there a way to do this?

No, but you can turn the contact sidebar on by pressing F9.
