With firefox quantum, when I enable development tools and flexible view, all addons cannot be used. Seems them are disabled!

Is there any way to enable them?

The addons are updated. The problem was in Firefox quantum. With latest version the problem is solved ;)

With the newest Firefox, a great many add-ons became useless.

Here are your choices; 1) Contact its support and ask if they will update 2) Find a replacement 3) Downgrade to a prior Firefox 4) Do without

It isn't a problem of the addons. All addons works fine when development tools and flexible view aren't enabled. Enabling them, clicking on any addon icon doesn't produce any reaction.

There is a reason for that by the vary nature of the name "development tools" this is allowing you to access them and when switch off those features are disabled in FF57+ by design since those are not verified to work with FF57+. So unless the Addons your using is updated to work with FF57+ in general usage there is nothing FF can do about none working Addons.
