I keep trying to sign into my account but I don't remember my username. So I click the don't remember username option & it says it was sent to my email but I never get it. Whats wrong?

Hi philmarvt, different websites have different recovery options.

Is the problem with this support site, and the page here: https://support.mozilla.org/users/forgot-username

I believe this feature does not reveal whether the email address you entered is associated with an existing account. Is it possible you never set up a support account associated with that email address and that's why you do not get a message?

Of course, it's also possible this function is just broken, or your email provider is sending the messages to a junk/spam folder.

In the event that the passwords information is lost, you should record all information in a separate text file somewhere else on your hard drive, or written down. You can easily copy and paste if you need to do so. If you are concerned about someone else looking at that file, you can compress it using a password.
