The above OpenH264 plugin is for the Hello service - WebRTC - only. Not for HTML5 video or audio.

Youtube may be working because of the HTML5 Player being used.

Adobe has not supported Android with the Flash Player 11.1 Plugin last updated back in Sept 2013.
