All Verizon accounts were transferred to AOL, but we could keep our same email address ([email protected]). I want to use Mozilla to avoid all the adds on AOL. I found instructions on what incoming and outgoing setting to use to transfer an AOL account. After setting up the account, it worked great, transferring all mail from AOL to Mozilla. But it has never worked again. The error message states that it is incorrectly signing it to AOL. for a Verizon account. How do I get someone at Mozilla has to change this setting for the AOL/Verizon account to work?

You posted in the Firefox support fora queue. Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail" such as Yahoo!Mail or Gmail. You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

If your problem is with Thunderbird, let us know and we can move this thread to the Thunderbird support queue.
