Does it matter if the two computers have different IPs ?Is there a way to get a PERSON at Firefox to help? The help number I found on the internet does not work.

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in permanent Private Browsing mode (Always use Private Browsing mode; Never Remember History).

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history"
  • Deselect: [ ] "Always use Private Browsing mode"

Note that Mozilla doesn't have support for Firefox by phone and you may put yourself at risk if you dial a number found on internet.

I had these selected as you recommended. I 'did not have' always use private browsing mode selected. Thanks for the info about the phone.
