This sync from Firefox browser to to my Android tablet is driving me up a wall. I created a sync account and downloaded Firefox for Android for my tablet. Then tried too sync from the desktop browser and then from the table without success. Then I realized sync needs to know what device and where the device is located. But I haven't found any information on how to link a device to sync.

So I give up. How does sync find my tablet? What is the procedure to add a device so sync can find it?

Firefox attempts to sync all devices it is aware of that are set to Sync.

It is not possible to make the sync directional, so you are not able to for instance just add Android bookmarks to the Desktop but leave Android as it was. Firefox shows all bookmarks on both devices after you sync bookmarks.
