Unable to open any URL
I am using Firefox 43.0.2 (43.0.1 would always crash few seconds after start) on Windows Vista. I have tried uninstalling Firefox and making clean install. When I try to visit any URL (like www.google.com or about:healthreport) nothing will happen, no error message, no loading, just a very short loading icon hints that Firefox have tried something. Only URL like about:config and about:license seams to work.

You can check in the the Windows Control Panel if you can find "NVIDIA Network Access Manager" or "NVIDIA ForceWare Network Access Manager" and uninstall this software.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe web sites. Is the problem still there?

Thanks that helped. Is there a reason why Firefox starting with 43 has such serious issues with the "NVIDIA Network Access Manager" or "NVIDIA ForceWare Network Access Manager" ?
The files used by the NVIDIA NAM were blocked in Firefox 43.0.2 because of crashing issues, but unfortunately this didn't work as expected probably because it is part of the LSP (WinSock). Previously Firefox might crash and now it might block internet access.
- bug 1233237 - crash with Nvidia's Network Access Manager (nvappfilter.dll/nvlsp.dll) in Firefox 43
