When Thunderbird starts I do not get my Inbox/Folders, all that I see is a page labeled "Thunderbird Mail-Unified Folders". I have reviewed every option, tab.

I have gone through every option, tab, pull-down, etc. All of the folder view, display, etc. options appear to be set correctly. Yet, while I can see that all of my folders are defined (viewed from some option), I can not get the normal InBox / Folder screen to display so that I can work with my Mail.

The View ---> Folders option was already set to "All". I was able to get around the problem by shutting down Thunderbird and restarting it. The problem, in my mind, is what happened and what is to prevent this issue from happening again the next time I either restart Thunderbird or re-boot my Windows 7.1 system.
