when I open my e mails on Safe-mail with Firefox I cannot open my HTML messages. It just comes as a blank page and says new tab at the top of the screen. I dont have this problem if I use Internet Explorer, but I much prefer to use Firefox and it is a nuisance having to use Internet Explorer just to open my HTML messages, and I get an awful lot of them.

Can you help solve this problem please?

Does this also happen if you change the preference to opening in the same window: http://www.safe-mail.net/support/eng/.../index.html

Enabling keywords can view the format with html tags, does this also make a difference?

And does it make a difference if you change View > Page Style and reloading the page?

Dear Guigs2 Thank you a million times. Being a dumb blonde I did not know about the preferences window. As soon as I changed it from the link you suggested to open in the same window, hey presto it worked. I am very grateful.
