  • 1 oguereko ko apañuái
  • 2 Hecha
  • Mbohovái ipaháva Toad-Hall

I opened my computer today and it wanted to install updates. Not seeing any warning messages I allowed this. Since then both thunderbird and firefox will not print or show print preview. I have tried to reinstall thunderbird as, having checked the last update of windows it says it will remove various drivers etc from 34 and 33. the printer will print ok from test page, various word programs etc.

Try this:

Tools > Options > Advanced > General tab Click on 'Config Editor'. In top search type: print_printer Scroll down to print.print_printer. Right-click on the print.print_printer line & choose Reset.

Make sure you have the right printer set as default on your system. Restart Thunderbird.

Also:

If this fails see if you are using an addon that is causing conflict. Help > Restart with addons disabled. If it works with addons disabled then one of the addons is causing a conflict. You would need to work through disabling addons until you locate the one causing a problem. Maybe the add needs updating.
