Hello,

I already have asked this question, but my problem hasn't been solved.

When I send an email from Thunderbird usually to a professional address ([email protected]) it comes back Undeliverable with the following message:

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

name The email system had a problem processing this message. It won't try to deliver this message again.

The following organization rejected your message: BY1PR0201MB0887.namprd02.prod.outlook.com.

I try with the same address but from internet directly (webmail), and it works.

What could be the problem, beacause if my IP was blacklisted it should be everywhere, no?

Thank you in advance for your answer

Regards Ruben

if your IP was backlisted is should not be everywhere Yes.

Sending mail from say Thunderbird and Gmail using the same address proves nothing. The servers made available by gmail to send SMTP mail are not the same ones used for their web mail and as such share nothing in common with sending mail from Thunderbird. So little can be drawn from your anility to send mail using the accounts web mail other than you know your user name and password.

In this case the mail is being rejected by outlook.com. Ask them what the cryptic rejection message means as only they really know. The partial rejection message you have posted here certainly does not give any reason at all.
