No. This is this is a result of the CPU not being able to draw the screen fast enough to keep up.

Just looked into this again. I see this effect on the android browser only if scrolling very fast, while I see it in firefox often with normal scrolling. Seems the android browser renders the page further ahead.

We use a different browser engine than Chrome or any other Android browser. Depending on the browser and/or Android version they will dispaly white when unable to keep up with the user scrolling. The blurring is expected and should be short lived. Is there a page that consistently a problem? What device? What Android version?
